Yeah its a good read for sure, as you will read it's all about the 1997/98 engines, i found it when looking for info on the later engines (which is very scarce!) after my day at knockhill (and what I found out there) for the btcc piqued my interest in these ies built sr's again

here is mine, i dont know if i would need to enlarge the end to 3.5 or 4 and make the outlet 2.5, the length is 15 inches, 2.5 to 3 down to 2.75....

Has anyone ever looked at modifying a sr20 flange onto a 2.5 se-r 4-1 header?

The short big tube primaries might be good for a modified 2.2+

Anyone have exact specs of the Asp 4-1 and the snickers header?

Would be easier to get the specs if the forum did not chase him off.

Looking at the pics I'd say the ASP 4-2-1 is very similar to the big tube B18 header. Just the ASP has pretty much no secondaries. It just merges straight into 2x Y collectors and then into a single Y to the exhaust.

Why was he chased off?

Because of the header. The way I see it now, with Jamie dropping 259whp using it, I think the forum was simply not ready for it. They bought it thinking it would be a saving grace and when they did not make awesome numbers, they ostracized him and blacklisted him from here.
