The 173WHP dyno still looks turbo rich (mids 11's). Lean it out up to 13's. You still have headroom on tuning alone. Stock cams depending on the intake (CAI/WAI) might like a lot of timing. I would lean/advance that biatch

It's kind of like synergy. The more other mods you have, especially when you modify the valve train, the more power you should make with a bigger exhaust. I remember seeing a '98 SE with the stock SR20DE motor making 140hp @ the wheels with intake, header, JWT ECU, and JWT s3 cams.... but with the stock exhaust. He went to a 3" catback and pulled 154hp @ the wheels. So imagine the percentage of increase with the SR20VE motor.
