i got hihg idle too when switch ecu and cams, adjust twith the IACV , there is also the coldstart thing on the TB but i beleieve you can also set at the ecu as well
Just resetting the ecu has fixed it for me... sometimes the ecu gets a bit confused when you change a bunch of things at once. That's my dumbed down interpretation of it anyway. I notice VVL motors are more apt to do this.
I usually keep the idle closer to 900 or even a bit above... Keeps those N1 cams well oiled.

The ECU itself should have a little sticker that tells you how unless its been ripped or smudged off. All you do is turn the little screw with a flat screwdriver all the way to one direction, wait like 10 seconds then turn it back to the original position it's in. I can't remember if its clockwise or counter clockwise, but if the sticker is still there it will say.
