maybe he's got a problem injector and its not supplying that cylinder with enough fuel @ high rpms, or maybe since he's using nistune and you cant tune past 8k with nistune his fuel maps leaning out. or maybe too much timing up top (again cant tune past 8k)

hes using a tunercode bin... he can infact tune beyond 8k...

hey NiZMO, try putting the camera phone on the macro feature (lil flower) in the settings so the pics arent so blurry and we can get a true idea of that gap...

also did you measure the gap before and after that 50km trip?

as blood says, i using nistune up to 8k and another programme after 8k, hence revving to 9k wont be an issue

but it could be detonation caused by heat and not necessarily fuel

as seen in my previous post, the injector seems to be ok

as i said, the tuner will look into it and datalog it as soon as fix a few things

fucking bold 9900 is no fucking use.

my other/older bold 9780 use to take better pics

the gap was the same 0.028 as it was when it was breaking up. could check it again later, that would be after about 90-100km

look here: NGK Spark Plugs BPMR6F NGK V-Power Spark Plugs

brycenmaw - Ngk V Power Review

compared to ngk iridium #6: NGK Iridium IX Spark Plug Nissan 350Z Infiniti G35 VQ- Heat Range 6

the strap on the v-power is flatter

If engine detonation is the reason to bend you spark plug to this level .. then i guess you probably have to thanks god so much ...he blesssing you pretty well ... because your piston and valve is survived from that kind of abuses..

I wonder how many of you is really install 4 wideband to trim the injector individually .. ?
I guess most of them will straight go for ITB for even-airflow distribution as ultimate tuning.

That happened to one of my boys cars. After doing a burn out and bouncing off the rev limiter with the ecu cuting off just fuel.Thats before tunercode came out.For unknown reason it always did it to the same spark plug and the compression went down on that cylinder.
