SR20ve Breaking up @ 6000rpm+
motor: sr20ve, high cr tuned on 90 octane

last week it was breaking up @ 6000rpm and higher. i gapped the ngk v-power #8 plugs she has in to 0.028 and it ran well for a week

i had initially gapped the plugs to 0.035

now, after a week, its breaking up badly again

fuel pressure is good. havent thoroughly checked plug wires or dizzy yet. btw, i am using internal coil dizzy (20ve)

Why would you run such a cold plug. #8 is not good.

I run 8s, but I'm boosting pretty good. I don't have issues fouling out, but I wouldn't recommend going colder than 7. What CR is this motor?

breaking up mean engine went hesitation at that rpm ?
