SR20VEP10's are split OBD1 from 91-93 and OBD2 from 94 and on from what im reading.
That would be USDM. JDM P10's are OBD1 all the way to 95 and are all highport.

That would be the best way. There isn't a stock ECU which will run the SR20VE perfectly. So its up to you if you want to run the DE or VE ecu before getting it tuned.
In terms of getting the engine. Miko seems to be good at sourcing engines for the community. Ebay would be another place as a lot of the US engine importers advertise there.
