I still can't believe the run I saw.... It's nuts knowing that there is more to come! Every time I see a 2.4 dyno, I'm like, what turbo are they using - ha! Big ups!
Nice to know we have a header builder now who knows exactly what works. Im sure if you can get your race weight around 2150 you should see that epic 120!!!
What header from Charles did you end up testing? As far as I know, that is a 2.0L header (stock or maybe modified, but def. 2.0L) or someone else's design because he only made one "big tube" header and it is in his garage.

The big tube header is what he and Greg V. advertised as the Burns spec 4-1 with larger primaries suited for a highly modified 2.0 and most 2.2-2.3L's.
There is a thread on the old forum.

Unless he is using 2" tubing all the way through (which I highly doubt) 1-7/8 tubing would be considered on the larger side for tubing IMHO.

Any pics of the honda header? On which motor did it make the 297?
Great numbers all round. I'd be happy with any of those!!
The 297 graph is with the new header designed by a well known Honda header builder who has had his hands in SR20's in the past. The header is in the picture above.
The other plot with the 297 is my 4-1, with a much larger choke and longer primaries.
