Look closely at the ECU label shown in the 1st picture. Post here all numbers below 4H.

The one you are most interested in is the one saying 23710-#####.

yeah its says 23710-###00 the last 2 numbers appear to be 00 .... its obvious that part of the label was scratched off under that 23710-###00 there is another number a18-g54 bj then the rest is scratched off ... i also noticed that in the center of the mother board theres a19-001 bj7 then in a square box the number 3 is in the middle right next to that series of numbers

OK, wild guess here... it IS from an 1st generation SR16VE!!

Since the # ends in "00" we know it si not from a N1 or later. The 8000 rpm limiter without a doughterboard is a 1600-giveaway also. No SR20VE was programmed with this limiter.

Finally....

The 23710-2N500 were marked "4H" like yours.
The 23710-5J000 from the SR20VE were marked "4G".

Also look below the missing numbers on the top label. There is anothere last row of numbers.

If it looks anything like A18-G54-BJ7 ... it IS from an SR16VE!
If it looks more like A18-G60-C85 ... it IS from an SR20VE.

This is of course a wild shot here but... sorry, those are the ones I have in front of me!!!

...but I wouldn't use it on your car. If your swapping into a B14 SE-R its much simpler just to use the stock wiring harness and reprogram the B14 ecu.
