You just put the volt meter behind the conntor of the sensor while it still plug in right? There 3wire black,gray,red/yellow. You check the red and black while the car is on the ON without engine running right. Also at 3500 it seem to be stalling out can this be cause by the tps? Man this suck really wanna drive and break in the motor

Cleaning the IACV atm hope this help out a bit.

Still the same. Seem like it not getting enough fuel at 3000rpm...

If you pulled 5.7v on that wire, tried back probing the gray wire and see what you get on it, that should be the signal, if you still see 5.7 on that one, you have an open on your ground for that sensor.

Im sticking with tps or a vacuum leak
