Idk people say e-cut out won't gain any power so guess open header wont.... Lol this is where I'm confuse poeple say open header will gain some HP but then e-cutout is a waste of money....

ive seen where open header makes more peak but is a very lazy power band

I think he meant 3 inch pipe wihitu any cat muffler and what so ever....

I was wondering too but the fastest NA guys here run open header
