I've got this little ideling issue.
Alright anyways, i have been having a slight issue with my throttle position. I hooked up my scan tool and the TPS read 88.6% throttle wide open and 0% closed. The motor idled at 700-800 and when i threw it into gear it went to 1k rpms. I readjusted the TPS to where it read 100% wot and 9.8% closed. My question is what can i do to make the throttle read 0%when its closed? The motor idles at 1300rpms and when I throw it into gear it revs to 2k.

Set it to .43 volts at throttle closed.

Then unplug it to set base idle with iacv.

But now that I think about it, that isn't going to let me go wide open throttle and read 100%. And the car dies when I unplug the tps

That means your base idle isn't set right.

If you go higher then that at idle then then your not going to be in the right place in the map... the tps may be bad...
