Maybe if you look for the latest model car that had the Q45. Not sure what year it was and check that.

I found one almost identical to the Q45 TPS. Same plugs n everything. Only difference is the rotation is different meaning the signal wires will need to be swapped over.
Came off an old V6 Maxima.

I highly doubt thats the case.
Its the way the throttle body on the V6 is i guess. It has duel throttles and on the front of the engine.
