It was really easy, The manifold for the Itbs was made so that one end was the head flange and the other was 4 seperate flanges for each ITB. So I cut the honda head flange off and machined the manifold down to get the runner length I wanted, I then cut the manifold so I had 4 separate runners and made a welding jig that the 4 ITBs flanges bolted to that spaced the runners from 94mm (honda spacing) to 97mm and welded it back up, The port shape isnt quite right so need a little porting and filling with epoxy to get the port shape right.
But owes me approx 700USD, still need to get a TPS though

^ Great minds think alike. The only difference is I went with F20c because it was the only option at that time and it seems to be slightly further spaced than the K20's (with a way shorter runner). I will probably get the 52mm and use the larger stacks from the 50mm sometime down the line; when I actually get the setup in the engine bay and see what kind of space I have.

i think the fabrication work on the twin scroll manifold is shocking

the manifold was made with a stick welder... you have access to cooler tools im sure... and its overall cost was a 1/4 of a fullrace twinscroll... food for thought.

no it isnt, its a barbed end fitting. I think it will leak eventually, but for now its ok.

i would try and die grind the inside of the collector u dont want any of that slag breaking of and going through your turbo

thought it was a stick welder just by looking at it
its always easier when u have all the right tools and machines
top effort for making do with what u got on hand
