The W11 Wingroad version slotted in Nissan's product range between the Nissan Bluebird and the Primera, available with the 1.5 L QG15DE, the 1.8 L QG18DE and the 2.0 L SR20VE engines. The 1.8 L exists only as a 4WD version.

Below are all the specs for Y11 Wingroad, click on the years and you will see what was available.

I stand corrected then I was Mis-informed by what I read on another site. Now I'm even more confused on what car my ve came from since you say they never came with narrow blocks.

What does it matter which car your VE cam from.

The facts

1. You got a clean VE
2. A girdle fits in the block
3. Your having problems getting it in.

So lets figure out what your problems are and put the girdlwe in. I would not put the girdle in unless you are boosting the VE. It is in my humble opinion you are doing things that are going to cost you alot of time, money and you will lose HP by putting in the girdle.

Well I feel stupid, I really need to stop working on the car late at night after work. I was putting on the girdle backwards lmao. Thanks for the help Miko everything is going ok.I just bought a gt2871r yesterday, should also be getting a p11 tranny soon, and then I will order internals for the motor. The plans are de crank, 86mm cp pistons 9:1 comp., eagle rods machined for 19mm bearings, mazworx main, and head studs, acl calico coated bearings, vet headgasket, and supertech valve springs and retainers.

Do not use the DE main caps. Use your VE main caps in your VE block. It's not worth the money that you'll spend to line bore your block to get the same outcome.

Are you sure that you're installing the girdle the right direction?

My apologies if it's been answered. I didn't read the whole thread. Stopped as soon as I saw you say DE caps and line bore lol.
