Thread: VE finally done!

We (Payu,Digitek and myself) were talking about your dyno numbers yesterday on a local meet, car had the peak at 6800+- so it is on stock cams, but I beleive the numbers are a bit high. Just use those numbers as a baseline for future mods and try to use the same dyno for future comparisons. Saludos!

Well i no,the initial run was 168 or 178 around there. But he just kept going at the nistune and got those numbers but like strat said,cars runs great. @macakin,saludos

unless you got that motor with internals such as upgraded cams and/or pistons

a friend of mine from trinidad has gotten sr16ve stroked to sr20 and didnt even know it was a 2.0L

what figures are ve's with similar set up putting out on that dyno?

Congrats! Numbers are a good base dyno's vary too much and one should focus on gains and not much in the #s it self. I work with CFT Shop and even if it wasn't 100% accurate/ calibarated moving a mustang dyno and doing such a nice power line the car is defenitly doing some nice power. Just take it to speedworld friday and the 1/4 mile mph will give you a better idea.

Gracias Digi..im not in orlando at the moment just went to finish it up and drive it 12 hrs back to tenn which is where im stationed. But i will. Here in tenn all they have is a 1/8 mile but next friday i will take it.

1/8 mile is still good. Just multiply your 1/8 time by 1.55. Should give you a close estimate of your 1/4 time.
