Thread: JMR Header vs tri y

I've been chasing a JMR header for a few months and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone, so i was leaning towards modifying a tri y.

Is it as simple as just cutting the primaries, positioning them into a sr20 flange and being done with it?

I know both setups are proven, now it's either wait for someone to sell me a JMR set, or just modifying a set of tri y's right now, i also read something about the " big tube " headers losing power but it was on a honda.

The one day i'm not home a set goes on sale, just my luck haha.

My problem seems to be no one wanting to ship it to Australia for me.

EDIT : Few people have been PM'ing me regarding jmr making new sets, is this legit? As i saw something about a certain site being blacklisted in strattons selling thread. hmm

It was removed because of advertising a "blacklisted" website.

I wish someone could test a jmr vs my old header. The specs on the jmr are just wacky

Jmr shop is a hack shop, he doesnt have any for sale. Its most likely a scam. Thats his usual mo. Stay away from that shop/person.

Im gonma try and put something together header wise in the near future.
