Your right if you put a VET cam into a standard VE head, There would be a slight increase in lift when you switch to hi lobe. about .3mm more

The ratio is 1.52 on both high and low lobes. This is what is published by nissan, but that isnt always right. Until someone gets a CMM done this should stand as the right answer.

The values postest are what I've measured. I didn't state that the temprature in the testing room was 23 deg C. But I didn't think that it was neccesarry
