RPM drop!! why?
Everytime I stop at a light or drop to neutral, my RPMs drop drastically; to the point of shutting off...what is going on?

Could be a vacuum leak, or could be a dying maf (dropping below 1.0v).

I have a De Maf and removed EGR. Should I get a air intake temp sensor?

Doesn't matter on which maf you have, if it's old and worn it's old and worn. Instructions: http://www.sr20-forum.com/information-library/49494-how-well-your-maf-performing.html

EGR block off? Shouldn't matter, just put a bolt into the header (VE intake manifold doesn't have provisions for EGR.

Air intake temp sensor is not too important, wont cause these issues.

Check vacuum leaks everywhere .

I have the Official Nissan Service Manual for the DE, are the Vacuum Lines the same? The motor only has 62,000 miles...so I dont think the IAC has much damage yet..

Just pick up some bypass caps at autozone or others...a lot of people like to stick bolts in the ports
