Oh wow they do all that!? Boy thats a bummer! Hey so you know how the VE throttle body doesnt have that little vacuum line like the DE does? Do i just T those two nipples on the EGR solenoid into eachother and then put them into that vacuum line on top of the intake mani?

yeah, I believe that's what I did on my P10. I can double check tomorrow for you.

Hey so i hooked up the EGR and then i went to try and set my TPS to the correct volts and now when i start my car at a cold start it doesnt have cold idle. The idle drops right away and its idling higher than before...

Are you talking about the solenoid or the EGR temp sensor? If you connected the solenoid and vacuum lines, you may have crossed the lines or hooked them up improperly therefore causing a vacuum leak of sorts.

Well motor pulls alright now. So after i clipped the EGR temp back on and hooked up the EGR solenoid, i reset the ecu today and drove it then pulled the codes to get two remaining codes. Crank position which should be there, but now im getting code 3.2. says EGR isnt running properly

Do you have the appropriate resistor in the connector?

well I was comparing my current smog check report to the one from 2 years ago and they've reduced the allowable emissions quite a bit. Apparently they want to get these older cars off the road. I don't think it's fair especially if we maintain our vehicle and their running efficiently. Here is the breakdown on the 95 P10 allowable emissions:

2010

HC (PPM)
15mph - 88
25mph - 53

NO (PPM)
15mph - 704
25mph - 738

2012

HC (PPM)
15mph - 61
25mph - 37

NO (PPM)
15mph - 493
25mph - 516

I failed on the 15mph HC's. I'm going to try and adjust the timing a bit and also ask the next place to do the 15mph test in 1st gear.

W11 tranny is going on tomorrow! I tapped the hole for the crank position sensor. I'll let you know how my codes go
