Well I would think the main benefit for part throttle tuning would be gas mileage, and response? I was just thinking when you are cruising around, if it was tuned verse a rich tune it might respond better to slight inputs?
Perhaps some of the more knowledgeable folk can chime in with how often partial throttle tuning is necessary or beneficial?
