Thread: VE P11 idle issue

I had just finished my ve swap in my 99 p11 it runs great besides when i first start it. It dies unless i hold the throttle for a few seconds then idles about 4-500 rpm but runs excellent when on the throttle but a little boggy at idle any ideas? also im wanting to know where the vacuum line is ran off the iacv that might be a possibility

Are you running a VE throttle body? Also VE IACV should be connected to your intake before the throttle plate but after the MAF.

Okay I have it hooked to the evap thing under the brake booster but ill hook it up to the intake but what goes to the big port on the evap?
