valve spring and retainer kit vvl ?

was thinking about picking up a double valve spring and titanium retainer kit with 250lb spring rate, besides being able to rev motor higher, what are the benefits if any others? hp etc and is it reccomended to get anything else with them? thanks

You can run bigger cams, rev them higher.

Get supertech springs and retainers.

With that spring rate you can run cams with 2in lift and 400 degree duration lol.
