bottom line is the b16a2 and sr16ve are both great engines and were pretty much a match for one another, but nowadays nissan has nothing to hold a candle to the mighty k-series

Mighty K series? i taught they took a step backwards

the B series was awsome, A b18 fresh out of the box was such a good engine...honda knew what they were at

the b series are a good engine, but the k is better, and with a k20a2 making 250bhp+ with boltons i don't see why you'd think it was a step backwards?

6spd would be definately great upgrade. If you count price of VZ-R trans + shorter FD, then 6spd swap would be probably an cheaper option.

I need a spare car to do it, damnit...

b16 are trash lol.. they get beat by single cam Honduh's out here in compton all the time. Thats why you see people use d15,d16,b18,lsv,b20v,h22,k20,k24.
A SR16VE will over power a B16A lol. i think the perfect match for the b16 is a GA16DE...
