You have to be pretty special to get hold of them, a certified race team etc

From My experience...here anyway...

A good B16 With slight work will beat a An sr16ve VZR with similar spec anyway,

Usually Down to VZRs Poor Rev Limit and Dropping out of VVL

Iv a decent Spec sr16ve using an mfactory 4.7 FD and Bolt ons and Yet a Decent b16 with a 4.7 and breathing mods will stay ahead of me.

Nissan made a balls of The gearing :/

There is no problem with stock VZ-R trans. Problem is in ECU tune and high VVL points...

I find the gears are very long,
Iv a 4.7 and im revving to 8600, And im the equvilant to Hondas Y21 or s4c box with a 4.4 FD On Changes,
A honda with a 4.7 , most of them Pull more with better accelration...but thats my experience From Hanging Around with Honda heads For years and being the only Sr16ve User

You are correct my friend. I been into hondas all my life before leaving them for Nissans and they are 4.4 finals. If you get a Integra Type R tranny (S80) lsd thats 4.785 Final. I had that on my last honda build H2B civic and thats why I was beating K's because of that Tranny.

yeah and look at lap times where the n1's last lap is slower than it's second because it was pulled up to let the civic pass, this honda sponsored video is nonsense

Yah Iv been baught up in a honda world But cant bring myself to get one.

I stuck a 4.7 in mine and gained a small bit....a Honda Drops in a 4.785 and will walk an sr16ve Out of the box Hondas S80 with the 4.7 is an absolutely amazing Gearbox for the money

H2b Is a Cool Conversion, buckets of torque with the Gearing to match, Not overly common here, The H22 is a bit of an underdog unless in a ligthend shell ,

Yeah i dont get how they were keeping lap times when the pulsar was slowing down to let the honda by to switch positions. lol.

B16 again does have the better aftermarket support so in the end im sure it can and will be faster when it comes to really getting into the mods.
