200psi across the board motor not warmed up pulling one plug at a time with the gas pedal wot on each test I'm kinda disappointed this seemed low this is a bone stock VE by the way.

I bet you see 215-220 psi with a hot motor.

Neo so is there a way that valve seals could hold 200+psi? I just don't see that possible. I also don't see it causing compression problems. Maybe if it had a worn out guide and the valve wasn't seating correctly then Yea other than that I don't see it causing any problems

He miss spoke, the valve seals never see pressure. He meant the valve seats.

Sorry, I didn't mean to insinuate valve stem seals. To be more specific, poor seal because of worn or pitted valve seats.

It I have seen 240-250 very healthy motor

When I put together my VET with P11 VE cams I got 175psi across the board. New stock rings VET 9:1 pistons and VET rods.
