The car was so clean i couldnt pass on it The weight limit is 1100kg (2425lbs) with driver. This car stripped for race is easily withen the limit. You are right though, an S13 would have been much better but the price is easily 3 times this car over hear as we never got the S13/14/15 here locally..

ok, i see

once you can get the weight down, no probs

keep ups posted. would be nice to see the build of the chassis too or maybe the members ride section would be more appropriate

This is going to be a VERY interesting build.

Sub'd.

PS- Welcome to the forum! Some folks that haven't responded yet have quite a bit of experience with VE work. Stick around for a little while and you'll be surprised at some of the work that has been done.

This is for a road race series in Bahrain here take a look Bahrain Circuit Racing Club The rules are in the download section. Also you might want to take a look at an incar of me during previous season in a Honda Batelco 2000cc Championship 2010 - Round 6 - Car #10 - Part 1 - YouTube.

yes as in over do. Go progressively with them.

No I ment over cook. The 20ve ex ports dont look like much, but they are very easy to get flowing quite well. Especially with oversized valves. The general shape is better than it looks. For NA I would recommend +2 on the intake and +1 on the ex.

However when going 90mm overbore it is easy as the intake becomes deshouded bringing the balance back. IMo one of the reason the 90mm set ups do soo well.

s13 wouldnt be much better. weight is around the same give or take a bee's dick. And everything from the s13 suspension and drive line wise bolts in. The extra cost of an s13 wouldnt be worth it

Also s15 gearbox would be worth looking into due to 5 gears to get to 1:1 and not 4
