Your not the one only hurting honda boys with a VE. I whooped up on pretty much every all motor honda in my town with the stock cam Ve in my car for the short time it was in there. The only car I didnt beat was a 236whp type r k20 swapped eg hatch, full bolt ons running and fine tuned on k-pro. We were dead even from 10-115mph then he only put a fender on me from 115-120. Had I put n1 cams in it, he would have lost by several car lengths. My buddies gutted 200sx with a 200+whp VE running on a realtime ecu would have put a hurting on that same car but it was now turbod so yeah, couldnt do it. But he put a hurting on my buddies t25 at 10psi nx2k as well as many other all motor hondas including some k-series powered cars, h series hatches and coupes, big built b series, as well as some t3 turbo b16a and b18b hatches and coupes. Then the guy in the coupe had to turn the boost up from 9 to 14psi next run to pull him. lol.

I know very well what a VE can do in 2.0L form and thats with stock compression. I really wish his 2.2L HC build wouldnt have dropped sleeves because it would have absolutely murdered most all motor hondas within 3 hours of home.

Why does everyone think these Ks are so serious?

Like I said.. Buddy of mine has a VE with I/H/E and cam gears making 214WHP on a calum. Little tweaks here and there and a little cleaning but the motor is stock.

I also have a buddy with a VE port and polished, 5 angle valve job, honed IM, N1 cams and cam gears, N1 pistons and and a big maf. I can easily show anyone that motor and say its stock and then post videos of it busting ass and dynoing high numbers just as the honda boys do.

You'd never see or hear anything that doesn't sound stock in the motor.

Just put it this way, at IFO Tucson the fastest all motor pro car at the even was running low 12's. Most were in the high 12's low 13's.

Yes yes yes yes....finally...my ve boys are chiming in...Fuck the k20... Not our fault that they have more help. Honda keep trying to design a motor to beat us... Nissan>Honda any day.....sr20 throwing the four ways on since 1991.... And this is coming from a guy who had a h22a type s swapped accord

Ok Ashton....I here ur a good sport....so I'm gonna test this out....why don't u just their a k20 in ur b13...Damn ur shuch a fan...how many ve's entered that event/competition...I bet none...dude they have more ppl working on them....Nissan owners 9/10 don't give a shit bout that shit....either we drift our shit or just go to the street.....how's this...u thro a k in ur b13... Im not a K series fan dude. I love nothing more than for a VE to whoop a K-series and Ive personally done it and my buddies 200sx has done it more than its fair share of times.

I just realize the K is a newer and better motor with more potential. Mainly due to the aftermarket support, two because they can be taken to a 2.4L without sleeving the block and using off the shelf aftermarket parts, cams galore to choose from, and can be taken up to a 2.7L with off the shelf parts and sleeving. Again tops our VE's. You dont see alot of big built K2X street cars as most that do the swap spent all their money just to afford the complete swap. So yeah you will see a lot of stock K swapped cars and they are not that impressive at all.

You just need to realize where your beat. The K's hold all the records for a reason. lol Also at the event there were a couple k powered cars, there wernt any nissan all motor cars. Thats what I was saying was the fastest all motor cars that were there were pretty slow in the Southwest area. Not many fast all motor Hondas, Im pretty sure I could build a simple 2.2 HC that would have been very very competitive in that class if not taken the win. But all motor just isnt my thing so I dont really care.

And like I said...nismo sentra and cherry love ran 13.9 spinning third with stock ve's that were put together on absolve driveways and a craftsman 260 pc tool set...I'm sure if they had money, time, and a dyno laying around...along with mommy and daddies pockets(like almost every Honda kid i know) that they cld get that time lower...shit if the hooked, or had something other than a base map..that time wlda dropped a good bit.
