The rotor is pretty straight on but the only problem is I think it's triggering a crank position sensor trouble code due to the mismatch cylinder firing, the ecu doesn't know what's going on :P there is a guy that has a VE dizzy and some other stuff I'm gonna buy from him, hopefully your frankenstein dizzy will work wonders I read on that thread that you have to change the injector clip the same way you changed the plug wires on the cap? Did that end up being true?

Something I noticed last night is a connector (goes from chassis to transmission for ground I believe) and I didn't see a prong for it to connect to? Also what is that sensor on the front of the trans directly above and to the right of the front dog bone motor mount?

thats your crank angle sensor and you dont need that trans ground

Oh ok, so that won't effect the speedometer; I connected the speed sensor and the speedo was working before I took the car apart... I'm trying to think what could be wrong. May be a stupid question but that sensor looks the same as the one on my 1.6 B14 sentra, are the sensors interchangeable by any chance? The reason I ask is because my local junk yard doesn't have any SE-R's :P

nope i never touched the injectors, and i dont know if dan did but i didnt use any resistors anywhere and when i checked he wasn't pullin any codes.. do you have a consult cable? is there a check engine light on the dash?

now, if you feel like it, it would not hurt, and infact might help to match the injector clips with the spark wires.. that way all the cylinders are working as they should..

I will try that when I get home, ignition will have to be on obviously so I'll have my brother check the speedo. I think the tranny sat on the speed sensor cable that goes to the sensor so I'll check for any open connections. I guess I'll have to spend $50 on a crank sensor at vatozone... damnit
