listen jgy has been a bad shop from the get say 2001 iirc.

hopefully you get a good motor, but as far as that dont deal with them agian.

go read up and do a search plenty of members have been ripped off by them.

Thanks guys. I hope the motor is fine and if it's not we will take this further a bit with JGY. First thing i will do is a compression test when i get the motor. And a visual test

You got beat Dogg. No way in the world you should pay more than 800 shipped for a stock ve. Could get n1s and a base tune for what u payed.

Dogg I just bought one sat from jdm engine zone. It's a place down here in orlando that has them for 750 as well. Craigslist /ORLANDO /Vvl. Good luck.

JDMEngineDepot sells VEs for $650 now. If you're going to pay what you payed for the motor, you are better off ordering it from Andreas Miko. Otherwise you should pick the motor up somewhere locally so you can at least look at it underneath the valve cover. Like Stratton said, you never know what you'll get when you order it from somewhere.

800 shipped where? the motor was 950. Alittle more than most places you guys are talking about. It's 2k miles away for something that heavy, took it up to 1200

300 for shipping from them to az

Listen you live and learn. No one at all is trying to be down on you about it. if you have the oppurtunity to stop the shipment before it ships and get your money back do so. If not...

Next time ask all us guys first.

Like i said hopefully its a clean motor and ull be good to go.
