No bigggie, thanks for replying tho im debating parking it, pulling the motor and building it for turbo. I was going to boost it as is but with a week piston or bearing It wont last long at all.

I am almost convinced it is piston slap in #3 cylinder.

Will a bad lifter leak down after sitting and make noise untill it is warmed up?

Also the noise is not as bad if I put warm oil in a cold engine, which means thinner oil makes the noise not as loud.

ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS???

Did compression test. Cold motor, Cylinder #1-217psi. Cylinder #3-186psi piston slap in cylinder #3 it is. Bad rings most likely, or worn cylinder. Either way it sucks ass.

Hope my findings may help someone with similar issues.
