Dynoed at AZ Dyno Chip in Chandler. When I talked to the guys at JWT they recommended 15 for optimum power on their POP ECU programs including the VE. Keep in mind also that AZ & CA have 91 octane gas while a lot of other states have 93. IMO I'd rather stay conservative at 15 with 91 octane when the summer temps run as high as 115+ degrees. With stock factory ECUs timing up to 19 degrees is not uncommon because that is where the most power was made when tuned on a dyno. When I dynoed the 94 with the JWT the tuner tried bumping the timing up a few degrees for more power and we lost 5 whp minimum off the bat.
