-Casting marks removed from head
-N1 cams
-Custom 4-1 header
-Custom ITB's
-AEM EMS

Nothing else to it. The video lists it all.

Car sounds really good. Im really surprised that more people arnt using ITB's on their built ve's. I know a lot are street cars but that can easily be remidied.

If you look at all the big built K series they all use ITB's no questions asked. And if you think they havent tested manifold designs vs ITB's thats just stupid. Its obvious what makes more power. Their K's are using 62mm Kinsler ITB' with the velocity stacks touching each other and machined for a perfect transition between runners. Very nice setup that seems like it could easily be incorporated onto the ve.

Good stuff Jaimie. Cant wait to see how they perform on the 2.45L

I want to say the $3,000+ pricetag on a set of custom ITB's plus the $1,000 for a standalone + tuning has turned most guys away. I'll be sticking with a big runner/plenum design till school is done.

Yeah ITB's arnt cheap, I think they are kinda overpriced for what they are but hey gotta pay to play. The Kinsler ITBs i believe are even more than that for the K series.

last quote from kinsler to make throttles to fit ve head was high 2000's, apparently they had already had a head there to mock up the setp up, but it was to be used for turbo... this was 2 years ago.

I think a nice pair of 62mm throttles with the same type of velocity stack design would do wonders on a nicely built 2.45 with some headwork and all. Cory definitely should just do ITB's and a standalone. 300+whp for sure.
