N/A I recommend the 10w30 or 10w40. I ran the 10w40 when I had my n/a ve and my buddies VE ran the same oil as well without issues.
Turbo apps Mobil 15w50 here and if you saw the bottom end of the motor when I dissasembled it at 11k miles of torture I put it through at over 480whp up to roughly 550whp. You wouldnt say Mobil1 sucks. The bearings still looked brand new, not a scuff or mark on the crank, not a scratch on the pistons or walls, cams and valvetrain all looked in perfect condition.
I use the Mobil 1 filter as well.
Ive always used Mobil 1 10w30 in my wifes mdx for the 3 1/2 years we have owned it and 60k miles we have put on it and the oil looks great every time its drained after 5k mile intervals. No metal flakes or anything on the drain plug or in the oil.
Valvoline makes great oil as well. If I was to chose any other brand it would be Valvoline. They are always top notch on the ratings of their products.

When did Mobile 1 change their formula again? From what i have read when they changed their formula around 2008, it sucked. In fact Valvoline stated that they ran tests concluding that their oil was better than Mobil by 4 times.
