I dont have it its not mine but believe me those setup make 230whp with the tri-y header and the plenum and 220whp without the plenum..

Yes one using regular SR16 pistons and the other CP 12.5:1

No.. SR20VE runner and Xcessive plenum and Q45 tb without the velocity stacks
The one you are talking about its Mercado he has the N1 runners with velocity stacks and the plenum..

so it's worth about 10 hp. would the gains be simalar for stock comp?

Yeah thats the gains ive seen a few local ves get from a piston. High 220s low 230s.

Payu I dont doubt anything you say you guys have the times and numbers to prove. I built those secondaries a while back but like said in the last thread we had, I AGREE WITH THE P.R. CREW get some B18 tri y headers cut off the flange weld up some sr20 flange and go to work its the cheapest proven header out there.
