yeah powerband is gonna peak lower, you might gain a bit in that peak point but the 0,0 setting will hold power out longer and make for a much broader powerband.

i'm thinking a decent 4-1 header will like the 0/0 better. on the other hand, the two 4-2-1 headers i've tried liked the increased overlap more.
+5/-6 was the most i tried because snickers warned me the p to v clearance isn't as great on the intake side and, +6 would be getting too close for comfort, esp @ 8k+ rpm.
