Care to guess what happend here?
removed the n1's to put stock cams back in (goin turbo) when puttin the stock exhaust cam back on something fell out of the cam cap..
only damage done is what you see in the pictures, the cam caps fine and only where the dist slides in is a little scuffed..
that little peice was riding around chewing at my distributor for god knows how long before it was worn small enough to get wedged in the cap where the dist goes..
had these cams in for about 10k and never took the dist off until now.. i
when i put the dist in after the n1 install it slid in perfectly fine like every other dist i've ever done.. they only go in 1 way lol
good news is the way the cams turn is opposite of the break so no worrys about the cam slipping or anything. nothing else is wrong with the cam its spotless.
never dropped the cam or banged it against anything it went straight from the box it came in directly into the engine..
