Lol, how do you know if you don’t check. A leak down test will help determine this.
The breakin period for any build will vary depending on the cylinder prep, hone finish, piston ring material, piston ring end gap, and piston bore clearance. Unless you are prevy to this, how do you know it fully seated when it on the dyno?

not directed at you. It was toward other people theories about the intake manifold, header, or cam being the problem.
