Shit bro I thought this was your 2.0 setup until I read the first page. Hope you figure this out. This car should easily make 230-240whp. Best of luck to you!

Before blaming some the indidual parts for the low #, do a compression test or better yet a leakdown test. It could be as simple as the piston rings are not fully seated since the motor is still relatively new with only 300 miles.

its been tuned on the dyno, the rings have seated after the first few wot pulls.

No one is blaming any parts as we know they are decent/good parts. Just curious why its not making what its expected to make with these parts.

Lol, how do you know if you don’t check. A leak down test will help determine this.

The breakin period for any build will vary depending on the cylinder prep, hone finish, piston ring material, piston ring end gap, and piston bore clearance. Unless you are prevy to this, how do you know it fully seated when it on the dyno?

Sorry, I should have been more clear. My comment about blaming individual parts was not directed at you. It was toward other people theories about the intake manifold, header, or cam being the problem.

First place i would look is to compression test the engine followed by a leakdown. i will agree with others this is mostly likely the problem area. valve sealing/compression. if those check out i would next look at the friction parts of the drive train IE wheel bearings carrier axle bearing and trans bearings. Don't ask me how i know those soak up lots of HP.
