i wish i had money for something other than cup o noodles..

notice how nissan put the oil filter back to where it should have been all along. pointing aft on the VE sucks, imho.

nice motor... pulls nice for stock

I prefer it in the aft position, makes less of a mess. On the side the oil ends up dripping down the side of your motor, even when you use a rag or papertowel you can't catch it all. In the rear position you can use papertowels to drip the oil right into your pan....less mess. Of course this if you use the VE powersteering hose like I did on my P10. I wish we could use the VE hose on the B14's, because using our stock hoses puts them to damn close to the filter.....and that's the part I agree with you. :o

think its a clearance issue why it was relocated back to that point..... lots a stuff back there

That's way too much for just a motor. Maybe if it came with harness ecu and trans.
