Isn't the N1 head just a VE head with N1 cams that's had a skim from the factory? Even if there's more to it than that it will be much easier getting N1 cams and some simple machine work.

Pretty sure the N1 head came milled and with the casting cleaned up in the ports.

"The N1 head is the same as the head on the SR16VE and SR20VE engines but it is hand ported and milled about 1mm, decreasing the chamber volume and producing the higher compression ratio."
