Thread: Resonator advice, Vibrant or Dynomax

I almost bought those super quiet Vibrant units for my NA DE B13 (SSAC, 2.5 mandrel bent piping). I was not at all sure they would fit, but apparently they fit quite well. Good to know for future reference, as I prefer an ultra-quiet exhaust.

For the OP, Kevo, that would probably be too quiet as he wants a bit more aggressive exhaust note/sound.

Well the Vibrant arrived a week after my 3" system went into the car, I gotta tell you HKS muffler is a great product, in idle and part throttle this system is SILENT, as much as my previous 2.5" with 2 big ass resonators...

Once you floor it and above 4000RPM there's drone but nothing serious, will get the Vibrant in by the next week and I guess it should help with the drone.

i got a whole mid section from a 350z with resonator...appears to be 2.5'' maybe was going to try out the resonator ad see how it goes...
