I agree all supporting mods need to be in sync with the head, also actual velocity is a high concern for all motor setups.High peak CFMs are nice but then you would like to have the flow progress nicely through all lift ranges...on a turbo motor it is a lil diff since you are forcing air through the head so less resistance is much better but to a point. For my build I know it will be sluggish in the low rpms but once I start spooling it will be freaky.

A good head porter would ask what kind of cams you are using, compression, ex manifold/intake design, what kind of racing...so on and so forth...

Sheesh now you told me about the t4 divided I am going to look into it.I have a divided
BB T04z with my present setup...

Did no one else see this post, i know its at the engine but thats still like 255 whp when you allow for 20 percent drivetrain loss. and thats without a turbo!
that is awesome.

Kleensleeper, noice build, what are your numbers with the head? I have mine done but will need more work since I am not satisfied with the results yet.

I think Mark mentioned he has done 5 'built' VE blocks. So some people other than daxx and Matt are holding out on info.

Kesi,

throw $10-20 K on a 2.1L VE, lots of time, lots of work, lots of experience and maybe 1-2 MAJOR changes and anything is possible.
