Thread: Powder Coating the VVL Valve Cover

There is a screen at the top of the valve cover. Is there anything in there that I need to worry about melting when I take the valve cover to get powder coated? I ran into the issue when I took it to get powder coated and the shop wouldn't do it until I got a little more information on it. So is there anything I need to worry about not withstanding the high temps. Any information from people who have done this before on the process of what I need to do would be great.
