Thread: exhaust temp sensor?

i got a b13 de harness that i am cleaning up to fit on a ve engine...


i am thinking i don't need this whole plug is this for the egr setup?

if so the ve does not have egr so can i remove this entire circuit or do i need to hook it up to the ve some how?

after researching this a bit more i found that its connected the o2 sensor so im guess Nissan called it exhaust gas sensor.
so i better that that on the harness.

My Egr sensor stuff i just ziptie it on the harness and hide them away. but yes youll need th O2 plug

my harness from the de was super dirty so i took off all the tape and took off the wire looms off too. i am in the process of wiring in the ve dizzy harness so i can get rid of all the external de stuff and that is going great good thing i did this cause i found 2 broken grounds inside the harness and the connector to the 02 sensor had a broken connection too.

my harness now is done and looks amazing with no oil all over it i am cutting the fuel injector harness and going to use the ve cause it looks cleaner!!!!!

i know it may be overkill but i love me some clean harness.
