This is encouraging. I remember when we had nice headers for $450 or so and nobody complained about the price (the cracks yes) But at that point why wouldn't we just get some flanges cut and re-work the primaries maybe even with the correct firing order. Is the initial 4-port flange where all the cost lies?

the merge collectors are whats pricey.. the tubing can be had for a decent price from jegs.. you can get a v8 kit an have enough to make 2 headers for hella cheap but then you gotta get the collectors an and have it all welded up.. mazworx has the head flange for 30-35$ iirc
