Which spark plugs you use??

Trying to see whats the best spark plugs for our sr20s.. I've always used NGK Iridium's and the NGK R.

I am now using NGK iridium BKR6EIX - 11

used # 7 in same brand before as well.

no issue so far

When I searched for VE spark plugs, looks like the VE factory plug is BKR6E-N. I ran BKR7E no problem though.

NGK platinums are great and Greg sells NGK Iridiums at the same price as the platinums so I went with those most recently. Before that I went with Denso Iridiums because they have the removable tip to work with my coils. I'm going with different coils now though, so I can use the much cheaper NGK plugs.

i run bkr6e. couldnt find them at most auto parts stores so i ordered a box from gspec.

The BKR6E-N is what i'm running right now actually.. But on my other cars i've ran the iridium's and the Rs.

I cross referenced the stock iridums to USDM Integra Type R plugs I forgot what the number is.

i use the Integra GSR VTEC in BOSCH Platinum and gave me like 3 or 4 WHP difference compared to SR20 NGK's... LOVE THEM!!
