I was not able to get the pulsar halfcut as its like 230 miles from home and I have no way to haul that thing. it was already sold
Aparrently a guy from a local club gave me some VE offers....
Option 1 - $2500
-sr20ve (unused)
-sr20ve stock ecu
-6 speed p12 tranny (complete with brackets clutch and flywheel,6 speed shifter,clutch pedal, hydro conversion, custom solid cv axles
-ad22ve front brakes
Option 2 - $3200
de tuned sr16ve longblock (stock 20ve cams and 20ve ecu)
2.0 liter stroker (16ve high comp pistons,knife edged and balanced 4 cw crank weighing 23.5 kilos)
-it has cometic headgasket
-se-r motor mounts
- fujitsubo spec stainless 4-1 headers

I will be providing the radiator, the rear brakes and the bigger brake master.
so help me decide which one to get,
basically the only difference between the 2 is the 16ve pistons and the balanced and knif edged crank, the headers and the cometic gasket.
how much power do you really gain with those 16ve pistons versus the stock 20ve pistons? is option2's $700 difference worth it?
with the $700 difference i could already buy N1s and an safc neo and probably a custom header....
