Switch both cams at the same time at 1000 rpm lower.

You will see how far out the powerband jumps on the low end.

Your hp meets tq at 5200-5300 that is where the crossover begins for varible valve lift. I expected a lil more than 249whp for a 92x92 sr20ve. Nonetheless nice..

There's much more to it than thinking bigger=more power.

Than why go bigger?? Explain your theory so I can understand it. I know his headers, stock manifold and oem cams might beholding power, but I expected this kinda power for a 92x86 with oem cams and manifold it's just my opinion.

Its all about having the right parts that work well together. There is several things holding his setup back. Yes cory made 270whp on a 2.3L but then look where .15L got him, only 15whp more. He is having to make some changes to components to find which works best. There is still a lot left in his setup as well as this one.

You will be surprised at what the kelfords and a better 4-1 header will do to this setup. Not to mention intake manifold and so on. All things considered for the setup these numbers are not bad at all.

It costs money to play the n/a game and make good power. Cant do it on crappy parts thats for sure.

Alex, I would think of all people you would understand this. Read my sig. This is not like the turbo game where you can go buy a bigger snail and #go. #smh.
