I see specs are ALMOST identical, but why use H22 springs when they have VE springs too? Seat pressures and rate are kind of different too, right? Or is it just because H22 springs might be easier to find used?

They use the aftermarket upgraded H22 springs. Not stock.

with n1 cams I ran the stock springs and retainers with a 8k rev limit. I have bc s/r now with 20v cams and a 9k rev limit.
