SR20VE bad numbers???
Hey guys greeting from Costa Rica...
i have a SEL with sr20ve,sr16 cams,ssac header,2.5inch exhaust with catalytic converter and dynomax muffler all in 2.5,OML 8.5 spark plugs,Bosch sparks platinum,calum Basic ECU for VE with rev limit at 8000RPM,SAFC NEO to trigger VVL's,gearbox LSD with 4.44 final gear,ACT Clutch,InJEn CAI...
its running with all VE distribuitor,MAF n60 etc etc...

2 days ago i went to dyno with my car and only shoot 161whp,what could be wrong? missing tunning pls need help!!!

is that the heat range of the plug? if not, what heat range plugs are you using?

why 2.5 and cat? legal requirement?

did you tune - whether via chips or neo afc?

i believe im using grade 5 sparks,and well i was said 2.5inch was teh correct for the sr20ve with sr16 cams,my tune goes with ECU chips safc neo is only to trigger the selenoids (all air/fuel map is 0's)

im going crazy i spent over $5000 dollars in this car to shoot me 160 whp? its rly frustrating, dunno whats wrong... btw compression in each cilynder is about 230psi with the sr16 cams

you must need a pretty good tune, that's not even close where it should be!

very good compression figures

get rid of the cat and tune the car

if is dynojet dyno you use, you should be over 180whp when done

ya, but maybe ECU is failing? bad chipping? i need suggestions

so just get rid of the cat? 2.5 inch exhaust is fine?
